there are differences in the types of mental health services. Community mental health services can often be a very different experience than an experience with a private practice professional. Sessions in private practice can often be more client centered and involve much greater quality of care. Here, you will be able to work through your life st your own pace and in a relational way that understands you deserve the highest quality of care and support.
